A Bokhara Suzani, with a field design of offset five-flower motifs, twigs and leaves embroidered on a four-panel cotton ground.

The border contains circular poppy blossoms, palmettes, pomegranates and star-shaped flowers linked by snaking diagonal leaves with serrated outlines. – Slight red discolouration, probably caused by inexpert washing. Otherwise in good condition, not backed with fabric.
