An almost square, six-panel silk embroidery, its golden yellow field decorated with huge red circles enclosing star-shaped blossoms and spoke designs. In Uzbekistan such circles are known as paliak (moon), and the design is called oi paliak (moon sky). Unlike most other Suzanis, this type from the oasis of Pskent has the entire surface embroidered. – Three small repaired areas, very good overall condition.
